Store Policy


Our commitment to our customers is fast and reliable shipping of your orders.


Our standard order processing is about 24-48 hours. However, due to sales or promotions shipping may take up to 5 business days. You will be contacted if the shipping window is outside this time frame due to back orders. If we are delayed by a missing product for your order we may choose to ship the missing item seperatly so we do not delay the rest of your order.

Returns and Order Cancellations

Returns are excepted however on some products we can not take back do to health reasons. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact at


Please be aware you are required to cover the shipping of the item and be subject to a 50% restocking charge on some items. Do not ship an item back to our store without a return authorization number. Returns without an approved authorization number with be refused and not returned unless shipping is paid by the customer for the return.


Orders cancelled are also subject to to a 50% Restocking fee as well.
